- Intent Capture. User asks for a task, uploads a file, triggers a workflow, or a connected system emits an event.
- Classification. AugreyOS identifies the module, entity, urgency, risk, and likely workflow.
- Permission Check. IAM, tenant boundaries, role, policy, and data sensitivity are evaluated.
- Context Retrieval. Approved records, documents, policies, tasks, and historical decisions are retrieved.
- Reasoning and Planning. The cognitive brain builds a plan with required steps, tools, approvals, and fallback paths.
- Approval Routing. Sensitive actions are sent to the right human approver with rationale and evidence.
- Tool Execution. Approved actions are executed through APIs, connectors, adapters, or internal services.
- Verification. The platform checks whether the downstream action succeeded and reconciles state.
